Seismological Laboratory

This first version of the Hellenic Macroseismic Database of the University of Athens (HMDB.UoA)
contains historical earthquakes of Greece and its surrounding area.
HMDB.UoA is under development and more earthquake data will be added in the future.

HMDB.UoA provides:
a) Macroseismic data points distribution for each earthquake in terms of the
European Macroseismic Scale (EMS98)
b) Seismic history of each locality, based on the todate available earthquakes
